| Obverse description | Draped and cuirassed laureate bust of Emperor Antoninus Pius facing right, wearing the paludamentum over the shoulder. The portrait displays the emperor's characteristic full beard and mature facial features rendered in the Alexandrian provincial style. A Greek imperial titulature legend runs along the border from the left, partially visible despite heavy wear and patination. The flan is irregular with pronounced curvature and surface corrosion consistent with an Egyptian provincial bronze issue. |

| Reverse description | The sacred ceremonial boat (baris) of Sarapis depicted in left profile, carrying three divine figures upon its oared hull. Sarapis is enthroned at centre-left, facing left, holding a long sceptre, with Cerberus seated at his feet. To the left stands Isis Pharia, facing left with head turned right, extending a billowing sail. To the right stands a veiled figure identified as Demeter, facing left, holding what appears to be a torc or wreath. The composition is a rare and theologically significant representation of the Alexandrian syncretic cult, rendered with considerable detail despite the provincial medium. |
