The portrait is rendered in the provincial Alexandrian style, with the legend encircling the bust in the field. The obverse legend, partially legible due to wear, identifies her as Augusta and daughter of Pius Augustus. |

| Reverse description | A two-column temple façade encloses a seated figure of Sarapis facing left, depicted enthroned and holding a long sceptre in his left hand, wearing the modius (kalathos) crown characteristic of the deity. At his feet crouches Cerberus, the three-headed guardian of the underworld, a common attribute in Alexandrian representations of Sarapis. The regnal year legend appears in the field, dating the issue to year 12 of Antoninus Pius. The composition reflects the syncretic religious iconography distinctive of Roman-period Alexandrian coinage. |
