| Beschrijving voorzijde | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Valerian I facing right, rendered in the provincial style characteristic of mid-third-century Asia Minor coinage. The effigy displays the radiate wreath of laurel about the head, with visible drapery at the shoulder. The encircling Greek legend runs clockwise around the periphery of the flan.
