| 背面描述 | Two prize crowns, each bearing an inscribed legend denoting specific sacred games, displayed upon a draped table with curved legs. Beneath the table, an amphora is flanked symmetrically on either side by two inward-facing palm branches, symbols of athletic and artistic victory. The reverse legend, distributed around the field, identifies the city of Aphrodisias and the festivals whose crowns are represented. The overall composition follows a well-established agonistic reverse type common to civic bronzes of the Severan and later periods in Asia Minor. |
