Beschrijving voorzijde Laureate bust of Lucius Verus facing right, with traces of drapery visible at the shoulder, rendered in the provincial style typical of Corinthian colonial coinage. The portrait displays the characteristic beard and youthful features associated with Lucius Verus. The encircling legend runs around the periphery of the flan, with a notable epigraphic variant in which the first letter A of AVREL is rendered in the form of a K. The flan is broad and slightly irregular, consistent with hand-struck provincial bronze production of the Antonine period.

Beschrijving keerzijde A domed circular temple of Melikertes-Palaimon depicted in elevation, featuring six outer columns supporting the entablature, with a dome-shaped roof adorned with two dolphins. The temple is approached by flights of stairs, and an arched doorway is visible at the entrance. Within the interior of the temple, the figure of Melikertes-Palaimon is shown lying on the back of a dolphin. The temple is flanked on either side by a pine tree, sacred to the Isthmian Games and the cult of Palaimon at Corinth. The abbreviated colonial legend is distributed in the field.
