| Beschrijving keerzijde | A large eagle stands facing on a dotted exergual line, its head turned to the left and its wings spread and displayed; the eagle holds a wreath in its beak. The civic ethnic legend of Odessos is inscribed in the field to either side of the eagle, with the denomination mark Ε visible to the right. The reverse exhibits characteristic provincial die-work with a bold, deeply struck design. |
