| Descrizione del dritto | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Gallienus facing right, depicted from the rear in the so-called 'heroic' perspective typical of late Roman provincial coinage. The imperial effigy displays paludamentum folds at the shoulder and segmented cuirass detailing. The encircling Latin legend names the emperor with his imperial titulature. The flan is irregular and the surfaces show typical provincial die wear consistent with mid-third-century Mysian mint production. |

Provincial civic coinage from this stretch is frequently underrepresented in collections, not from low mintage but from indifferent ancient circulation and poor survival in the region's soil conditions.
