The encircling Greek legend reads ΚΑΙϹΑΡ ΑΝΤΩΝΕΙΝοϹ distributed around the periphery of the flan. The portrait is modelled in moderately high relief typical of Ephesian civic coinage of the mid-second century AD. The flan is slightly irregular with a notable flaw at the upper edge. |
