| Obverse description | Bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust of Geta as Caesar facing right, depicted as a youthful prince with curled hair. The portrait is rendered in the provincial style typical of the Pergamene conventus, with visible paludamentum folds across the shoulder. A Greek legend encircles the bust in the field, identifying the prince by his full titulature. The flan is irregular and the die work reflects competent but provincial engraving characteristic of Mysian civic coinage under the Severan dynasty. |
