| Beschrijving voorzijde | Bare-headed, cuirassed bust of Emperor Marcus Aurelius facing right, with characteristic short beard and naturalistic portrait rendering typical of Antonine provincial coinage. The circular Greek legend runs along the periphery of the flan. The effigy displays the emperor in military dress, with the pauldron of the cuirass visible at the truncation. The coin surface shows a dark patina consistent with the bronze alloy and provincial hammered fabric. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The goddess Cybele, turreted and wearing a mural crown, is depicted seated to the right upon a throne, her extended arm resting upon a patera. She is flanked on either side by a recumbent lion, a canonical attribute of the Magna Mater in Anatolian and Greco-Roman iconography. The composition occupies the full field of the flan, with the ethnic legend disposed around the periphery. The reverse type reflects the prominent local cult of Cybele at Nicaea in Bithynia. |
