The goddess is depicted in the Hellenistic tradition, with carefully rendered drapery visible at the shoulder. Two monograms and a single letter appear in the field, serving as magistrate or mint-control marks. The surrounding legend, disposed around the periphery of the flan, reads ΕΠΙ ΑΝΘΥΠΑΤΟΥ ΘΩΡΙΟΥ ΦΛΑΚΚΟΥ and ΗΡΑ, identifying the proconsular authority under whom the coin was issued and the deity depicted. |
