正面描述	Jugate draped busts of Nero and Agrippina II facing right, with Nero in the foreground and Agrippina II behind, both portraits rendered in the Provincial Greek style typical of Carian civic coinage. The obverse legend ΝΕΡΩΝ ϹΕΒΑϹΤΟϹ is disposed around the periphery. The coin exhibits heavy patination and surface encrustation consistent with its age, rendering fine details of the portraiture difficult to distinguish. The jugate arrangement of the two busts reflects the period of Nero's co-regency with his mother before her murder in AD 59, thereby providing a useful terminus ante quem for the issue.

背面描述	The two Dioscuri, Castor and Pollux, depicted as standing draped figures facing front, positioned centrally in the field with a horse visible on either side flanking them. The figures are rendered in a simplified Provincial style, each likely holding a spear or sceptre. The ethnic legend ΟΡΘΩϹΙΕΩΝ is inscribed around the periphery, identifying the issuing city of Orthosia in Caria. The reverse type of the Dioscuri with their horses was a recurring motif in the coinage of several Carian cities under the Julio-Claudian emperors.
