附加信息	Cyme, despite being one of the oldest Greek settlements on the Aeolian coast, remained a minor provincial backwater by the time Hadrian's reign consolidated Roman administrative structures across Asia Minor. The city's assignment to the Conventus of Smyrna rather than a conventus of its own reflects that diminished standing — Smyrna dominated the region's judicial and civic life so thoroughly that smaller Aeolian cities like Cyme operated largely in its shadow.
