| Beschrijving keerzijde | Plain, uninscribed reverse presenting a flat to slightly convex flan surface covered with a dark brown and olive patina, consistent with prolonged burial in an archaeological context such as the Smast Cave Complex. The surface shows no intentional design elements, die engraving, or legends, and appears to have been struck from a plain or lightly worked reverse die. Scattered patches of mineral encrustation and cuprite are visible across the field. The featureless reverse is typical of small-denomination æ units from this region and period, where only the obverse carried a symbolic design. |
