The portrait is rendered in a crude, provincial style characteristic of Germanic imitative coinage, with schematized facial features and a beaded diadem. A degraded Latin legend surrounds the bust, corrupted from the original Constantinian titulature. The flan is irregular, with the legend partially off-flan on the right side. |
