A central vignette presents a view of the local Volksschule (primary school), a two-storey neoclassical building set against a radiant sun motif. An inset circular vignette at upper right shows the parish church and surrounding buildings; large bold numerals '99' appear at left and right, while the original denomination '20 Heller' is printed at the lower corners, with a small chalkboard and primer device at the bottom centre bearing the inscription 'FIBEL / ABC / 1+1=2', signed at lower right by the designer L. Haase. |

The text is set in a decorative German Fraktur script and reads as a formal municipal declaration, opening with an illuminated drop capital 'D'. Below the main text block the mayor's title 'Der Bürgermeister:' appears with a cursive manuscript signature to the right. The printer's imprint 'Druck V. Langhammer, Linz' is placed at the lower right margin. |
