The denomination itself is the detail worth pausing on: 95 Heller is genuinely odd. Most Notgeld issues clustered around round or near-round figures; 95 suggests the municipality was trying to cover a very specific gap in local circulation, possibly complementing existing 5 Heller pieces to reach the 1 Krone threshold.
Designer R. Wild is documented across several Austrian municipal Notgeld issues of this period, though little biographical detail survives.
