正面描述	The obverse is printed in dark red-brown and blue on a cream ground of fine wavy-line guilloche underprint, with a solid blue border. The denomination "90 Heller" is set in large Gothic (Fraktur) script at centre, above the issuing authority text in smaller Fraktur. Below a horizontal rule, the redemption clause and date "Kössen 1919" appear, accompanied by three manuscript signatures for the Bürgermeister, Vizebürgermeister, and Gemeinderat. The notation "2. AUFLAGE" (second issue) appears at lower left.

背面描述	The reverse carries a finely executed topographic vignette in blue and brown-red, enclosed within a rounded rectangular frame, showing a panoramic view of the village of Kössen with its church steeple at centre and the dramatic Tyrolean Alpine massif rising steeply in the background. The denomination numeral "90" appears in Gothic script at both lower corners flanking the place-name inscription. The printer's imprint "WAGNER, INNSBRUCK" is placed at lower right outside the frame.
