Below a horizontal rule, the redemption clause and date "Kössen 1919" appear, accompanied by three manuscript signatures for the Bürgermeister, Vizebürgermeister, and Gemeinderat. The notation "2. AUFLAGE" (second issue) appears at lower left. |
