Grossgstötten is a small Upper Austrian municipality, and this 90 Heller Notgeld is one of the more arithmetically awkward denominations produced during the early 1920s Austrian emergency currency wave — a value chosen almost certainly to satisfy specific change requirements at the local level rather than any standardized system.
