| Obverse description | Black letterpress on blue guilloche underprint; an oval vignette at upper centre presents the Tauride Palace flanked by laurel branches, below which bold titling and multiple paragraphs of text fill the central field, with a cluster of manuscript signatures in the lower portion. Serial numbers appear twice, at upper left and upper right, within an elaborate guilloche border with square corner ornaments. Two official stamps are applied over the face: a circular ОГБ cachet of the Rostov-on-Don Office of the State Bank and a rectangular validation stamp, the latter occasionally overlaid with a net security pattern. |
