The title 'Notgeld der Gemeinde Westerhorn' is set in blackletter script at the top, followed by 'Amtsbezirk Hörnerkirchen' in a smaller line; below, the expiry notice reads 'Dieser Schein verliert seine Gültigkeit am 31.
