| 正面描述 | Enthroned frontal effigy of King Frederik I, crowned and robed, occupying the central field. The king is depicted holding a sceptre in his right hand and an orb surmounted by a cross in his left, seated upon a throne with stylised gothic architectural elements visible at the base. A composite heraldic shield bearing the arms of Denmark and Norway is displayed across the king's body. The surrounding legend in uncial Latin reads FREDERICVS·D:G·REX·DA·ZИ, identifying the issuer as Frederik I, by the grace of God King of Denmark and Norway, separated by pellet stops and enclosed within a beaded inner circle. |

Frederik I came to the Danish throne in 1523 after his nephew Christian II was forced into exile, and the early years of his reign were financially turbulent — he inherited a treasury strained by Christian's costly foreign wars and the ongoing fallout from the Stockholm Bloodbath. The Malmö mint, operating under Danish authority in what is now southern Sweden, was one of the primary production centers tasked with restoring confidence in the coinage after Christian II's issues had been widely debased and distrusted.
Malmö would remain under Danish control until the Treaty of Roskilde in 1658.
