| Reverse description | A stylized Olympic flame rises prominently from a triangular torch base at the center of the field. Arranged symmetrically around the flame are six small circular medallions, each depicting a different sporting discipline in pictogram style, including swimming, wrestling, football, cycling, rowing, and athletics. The Pobjoy Mint privy mark appears on the torch base below the flame. The curved legend 'EUROPEAN YOUTH OLYMPICS BATH' arcs along the upper periphery, and the denomination 'D750' is inscribed in the lower field beneath the torch. |

| Additional information |
Bosnia and Herzegovina issued this coin while the country was still under active siege — the Dayton Agreement ending the war wasn't signed until December 1995, meaning this piece was authorized and struck while Sarajevo itself remained surrounded. The European Youth Olympics theme was almost certainly chosen to project normalcy and statehood rather than from any practical connection to sporting events the country was in no position to host.
