The issuer title 'NOTGELD DER GEMEINDE HEEDE' and sub-district designation '(AMTSBEZIRK HEMDINGEN)' appear in blue block capitals at the top, while the validity clause and expiry date 'DER AMTSAUSSCHUSS 31.
