The denomination numeral '75' is rendered in large bold brown letterpress at centre, flanked left and right by 'PF.' abbreviations and stylised arrow-head ornaments. The issuer title 'NOTGELD DER GEMEINDE HEEDE' and sub-district designation '(AMTSBEZIRK HEMDINGEN)' appear in blue block capitals at the top, while the validity clause and expiry date 'DER AMTSAUSSCHUSS 31. DEZEMBER 1921 DER AMTSVORSTEHER' occupy the lower portion, accompanied by two manuscript signatures and a serial number in red. |
