| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse is dominated by a large vignette of an open book rendered in blue and ochre tones, its pages filled with a Gothic-script historical poem in two columns recounting the fate of Glogau's councillors imprisoned and starved to death in 1488 under King Matthias of Hungary. The denomination 'FÜNFUNDSIEBZIG · PFENNIG' appears in bold letterpress at the top, while the designer's name 'HEINZ · SCHIESTL' is inscribed at the lower right of the book vignette, and a note crediting the Latin manuscript source held in the municipal museum runs along the lower border. |
