Below the central device, a Gothic-script text panel states the redemption conditions and bears the issuing authority line Der Kreis-Ausschuss des Landkreises Bochum, dated Bochum, 1. November 1921, with a serial number in green below and the printer's imprint F.A. GIMMERTHAL, LANGENDREER at lower right. |
