The 75 Pfennig denomination is slightly odd — not a round number, not a standard postal rate — suggesting it was calibrated to meet a specific local transaction need rather than issued as a prestige collectible series.
Carl Flemming & Wiskott in Glogau were a prolific commercial printer of Notgeld, handling output for dozens of small issuers simultaneously during this period. Quality was consistent but never distinguished.
