| Descripción del anverso | The obverse is divided into three vertical panels against a blue decorative surround with scrollwork guilloche. The central yellow-orange panel carries the issuer's name in bold Gothic (Fraktur) script and the payment promise text, with the denomination spelled out in full as 'Fünfundsiebzig Pfennig'; the denomination numeral '75' appears in yellow-on-black cartouches at upper left and upper right. The left panel bears a heraldic shield with a rampant lion in black and gold, captioned 'Konto S 150' below, while the right panel carries an elaborate coloured coat of arms with a crowned lion supporter; a manuscript date and signature of the Kreiskommunalkasse appear at the foot of the central panel, with the printer's imprint 'Flemming-Wiskott A.-G. Glogau' along the bottom margin. |

| Descripción del reverso | The reverse carries a large central vignette in a woodcut-inspired style printed in blue, gold, and green, showing two armoured knights in full plate armour flanking a fortified hilltop castle; each knight is rendered with a halo-like radiate nimbus and one bears a pole-arm. Verses in Low German Fraktur script run along all four borders of the note, with the denomination numeral '75' in yellow-on-black cartouches at upper left and upper right. The printer's registration mark 'D.R.G.M. 795679' is printed in the bottom margin below the frame. |

Kreissparkasse Geldern issued this note as part of the vast Notgeld wave that swept German municipalities in 1922, when Reichsbank currency was becoming functionally useless against accelerating inflation. The 75 Pfennig denomination is slightly odd — not a round number, not a standard postal rate — suggesting it was calibrated to meet a specific local transaction need rather than issued as a prestige collectible series.
Carl Flemming & Wiskott in Glogau were a prolific commercial printer of Notgeld, handling output for dozens of small issuers simultaneously during this period. Quality was consistent but never distinguished.
