Sept. 1921' appears at left and the authorising legend 'Der Gemeindevorsteher:' at right, accompanied by a facsimile signature. The lower register presents a silhouette vignette of ruined castle walls amid bare trees, flanked by two heraldic shields: at left the arms of Holem and at right those of Arneburg a. Woleke. |
