The central panel contains a Gothic-script payment order text dated 15 December 1921, a handwritten signature of the Bürgermeister, and a circular red official city seal bearing an eagle, with the artist credit 'JOSEF DOMINICUS PADERBORN' inscribed along the upper edge of the central panel. |
