Obverse description The obverse is divided into a dark outer border and a central white text panel with a fine green wave-line underprint. The lateral panels carry bold white numerals '75' with diamond-shaped geometric vignettes in green and red, and the word 'PFENNIG' at top and bottom. The central panel contains a Gothic-script payment order text dated 15 December 1921, a handwritten signature of the Bürgermeister, and a circular red official city seal bearing an eagle, with the artist credit 'JOSEF DOMINICUS PADERBORN' inscribed along the upper edge of the central panel.

Reverse description The reverse carries a bold Expressionist woodcut-style vignette in the central panel, rendered in black, white, green, and red, illustrating a dramatic scene from the local legend of Burg Vondern — a reclining figure and a dark looming figure amid stylized foliage and architectural elements. The lateral side panels mirror the obverse with white '75' numerals, geometric diamond motifs in green and red, and 'PFENNIG' inscriptions at top and bottom. The artist's monogram 'JD' appears in a small cartouche at the lower right of the central vignette, and the printer's imprint runs along the bottom margin below the border.
