背面描述 The reverse is printed in black, red, and green on a pale yellow-green ground and carries a full-width vignette of a traditional North Frisian townhouse — identified by the caption 'DE · APTHEK' (the pharmacy) — rendered in a flat, illustrative style with a red-tiled mansard roof, flanking outbuildings, and decorative shrubbery in the foreground. The denomination '75' in red appears at the lower left, balanced by the abbreviated 'Pn' at the lower right. Above the vignette, the Low German value inscription 'FIEF · U · SÖBENTI · PENN' runs in large block letterpress across the full width of the note.

备注

Bredstedt sits in Schleswig, a region that had passed from German to Danish control and back again across two centuries of contested sovereignty — and as recently as 1920, when the post-WWI plebiscite split the duchy along linguistic lines. This note was issued the following year, when municipal Notgeld was still flooding Germany amid coin shortages and inflation pressure, but in Schleswig specifically, even small local scrip carried a charged political weight.

Ingwer Paulsen was a Schleswig-born painter of some regional distinction, and his involvement here is worth noting — Notgeld from this border zone frequently employed local artists to assert cultural identity as much as to fill a monetary gap.
