The issuer title 'STADT' runs across the top in bold black Gothic lettering, and 'PADERBORN' appears in large bold black type at the foot of the note. Payment text in German script occupies the left panel, validity and date inscriptions occupy the right panel, with a manuscript signature of Der Magistrat and the date '10.
