A central white rectangular vignette contains a red-printed statue of a classical female figure holding a trident aloft, set on a tall pedestal, rendered in silhouette style. The denomination numeral '75' appears in a diamond cartouche at upper left, with the Pfennig monogram 'Pfg' in a matching cartouche at upper right. The issuer title 'STADT' runs across the top in bold black Gothic lettering, and 'PADERBORN' appears in large bold black type at the foot of the note. Payment text in German script occupies the left panel, validity and date inscriptions occupy the right panel, with a manuscript signature of Der Magistrat and the date '10. The oval is encircled by the inscription 'CLEMENS · AUGUST · HERZOG · VON · BAYERN ·'. The denomination '75' in a red diamond cartouche appears at upper left, with the 'Pfg' monogram cartouche in red at upper right.
