| Obverse description | At right, a front-facing crowned bust of Queen Elizabeth II wearing the Kokoshnik Tiara; the Altun Ha Mayan temple vignette occupies the centre, with the coat of arms of Belize at lower right and a Queen angelfish (Holacanthus ciliaris) vignette at upper left. The design is printed on a gold foil-bonded substrate with decorative guilloche underprint. Inscriptions include the issuing authority, the commemorative legend for the Third Anniversary of Independence, and the denomination $75. |
