| Reverse description | Central effigy presents a right-facing bust of Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser in military uniform, rendered in high relief with strong portraiture. To the left of the bust, the Gregorian birth and death years '1918' and '1970' are inscribed in two lines. To the right, the corresponding Islamic calendar years '١٣٣٦' and '١٣٩٠' appear in two lines. In the upper left field, a sculptural vignette depicts the Great Sphinx and the Pyramids of Giza. The date '٢٨ رجب ١٣٩٠' (28 Rajab 1390) arcs along the upper border, and the word 'ASSAY' appears in the lower field beneath the bust, with the Arabic memorial legend 'تذكار الرئيس الراحل جمال عبد الناصر' (Memorial of late President Gamal Abdel Nasser) inscribed below, all within a beaded border. |
