正面描述	Central device depicting a detailed rendering of Pha That Luang, the great golden stupa and national monument of Laos, shown in frontal elevation with its characteristic multi-tiered base, ornate spires, and arched gateway. The legend BANK OF LAO PDR arcs along the upper periphery in bold Latin lettering. The fineness mark Ag 925 appears vertically at the lower left, the weight 31,1 and the Moscow Mint privy mark at the lower right, and the denomination 70000 KIP together with the date 2014 flanked by dots are inscribed along the lower exergual area.

背面描述	Central design featuring a large silver-finish adult goat standing in three-quarter profile facing left, rendered in high relief against a deeply mirrored black field scattered with engraved stars and snowflakes. A gilt kid goat stands at lower left, also facing the viewer, providing a charming compositional counterpoint. Above the goats, a gilt eight-pointed star set with a blue gemstone occupies the upper field, symbolising the celestial theme of the Lunar New Year. The ground line is decorated with stylised snowflake motifs, enhancing the festive character of the design. No legends appear on the reverse.
