Description de l’avers	Centrally positioned, the Lion Capital of Ashoka Pillar serves as the national emblem, depicted in high relief with four Asiatic lions atop an abacus adorned with the Dharma Chakra and animal motifs. The Devanagari legend 'भारत' arcs along the left field and 'INDIA' along the right field in large upright characters. Below the emblem, the state motto 'सत्यमेव जयते' (Truth Alone Triumphs) appears in Devanagari script. The denomination '₹60' is inscribed prominently in the lower field. The design is rendered in a polished proof-style finish with a broad, plain rim.

Description du revers	The central device depicts the iconic clock tower building of the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani campus, rendered in fine detail within a beaded inner circle. The founding year '1964' appears to the left and '2024' to the right of the tower, marking the institution's diamond jubilee. Along the lower arc of the inner circle, the legend 'DIAMOND JUBILEE' is inscribed in Latin characters, and below that 'BIRLA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY & SCIENCE, PILANI' curves around the outer border. The upper portion of the coin carries the Devanagari legend 'बिड़ला प्रौद्योगिकी एवं विज्ञान संस्थान, पिलानी' and 'हीरक जयंती', referencing the diamond jubilee celebration.
