| Beschrijving voorzijde | Ornate floral and scrollwork border frames a central oval vignette with the Perm city arms — a bear passant on a shield — within a wreath, surmounted by the obligation text of the Perm City Society in Cyrillic. Denomination numeral 5000 appears in circular guilloche panels at both left and right. The lower portion carries a handwritten promissory text in pre-reform Cyrillic script, dated 14 March 1919, with two manuscript signatures of the City Mayor and a Member of the Board. |
