Opis awersu	The obverse carries a panoramic skyline vignette of Yekaterinburg at centre, incorporating the landmark Ural skyscrapers, a Ferris wheel, the EXPO 2025 pavilion structure, and the classical Sevastyanov House at right, all rendered in intaglio against a warm orange guilloche underprint. The Russian State coat of arms appears at upper left, with the large numeral "5000" in red intaglio at upper right and a QR code at lower right. The anti-counterfeiting legend runs along the lower margin.

Opis rewersu	The reverse is centred on an intaglio vignette of the sculpture from the "Tale about Urals" monument in Chelyabinsk — a standing male figure in traditional dress — set against a multi-layered underprint evoking Ural industry, including metallurgical furnaces at left and an oil derrick with a map of the Ural Federal District at right. The issue year "2023" appears at upper right alongside the serial number field, and the denomination numeral "5000" occupies the lower right in a deep red intaglio block.
