Reverse description The left portion of the reverse presents a vignette of the iron ore transport terminal at Nouadhibou port, while the centre carries an intaglio depiction of a locomotive hauling an ore train. The composition is set over a multicolour guilloche underprint with geometric patterns in warm earth tones. Bilingual legends in French appear along the upper border and lower register, with the denomination stated in both numerals and words.
