At left, the issuing authority text of the General Directorate of State and State-Guaranteed Debts is set in a text panel alongside the bond terms, stating capital of 5000 leva, interest of 300 leva, and total of 5300 leva, with maturity date of 15 December 1944. Two manuscript signatures appear at the bottom, attributed to the Director of State Debts and the Minister of Finance, dated Sofia, 15 December 1942. |

The table is framed within guilloche borders, with the denomination 5000 repeated in each corner within ornamental roundels. A legal text block at the top references the authorising law published in Държавен вестник (State Gazette) No. 28 of 9 February 1942.
