The central field depicts Štefánik's memorial tomb monument on Bradlo Hill, rendered amid a stylised mountainous landscape with astronomical constellation lines referencing his career as an astronomer. A large early aircraft is shown in the lower field, alluding to his role as an aviator and general. The denomination '5000' appears in large numerals at lower left and in stylised form at upper right.
