No such note exists. Antarctica has no monetary authority and has never issued banknotes. There is no documented issue of any denomination bearing "TGV-PSE" or "Lime Street Station" attribution from any Antarctic entity in 1981 or otherwise. Lime Street Station is in Liverpool; the TGV entered service in France in 1981 — neither has any connection to Antarctic currency. This item does not belong in a banknote catalog.
