Descrizione del dritto	Orange and yellow toned note with a central vignette of the French SNCF TGV PSE high-speed electric locomotive rendered in full colour, set against a guilloche underprint incorporating a circular cartographic motif and vertical railway track design along the left margin. A hexagonal cartouche at centre left bears the inscription '1981 · TGV PSE · ELECTRIC LOCOMOTIVE', while the denomination '5000 DOLLARS' appears in large stylised numerals at upper right and the value in words 'FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS' is printed in bold serif lettering at lower centre. A facsimile Governor's signature appears at lower right.
