| 备注 |
The Bank of Central China was a Communist Party financial institution established in 1945 to administer currency in the Liberated Areas of central China — specifically the regions wrested from Japanese occupation and subsequently contested with Nationalist forces. The 华中印钞厂 was not a single fixed facility but a mobile operation, relocating printing equipment ahead of Kuomintang military pressure, which accounts for the variation in paper stock and ink consistency seen across this series.
By 1948, Bank of Central China notes were absorbed into the newly unified People's Bank of China currency system and officially demonetized — a short operational window that kept total print runs relatively constrained.
