| Obverse description | The obverse features a detailed woodland landscape in high relief, dominated by tall conifer trees flanking both sides of the central design. At center, the Soyombo national emblem of Mongolia surmounts a lobed cartouche enclosing the cursive script legend 'Mongol Bank' in an ornate calligraphic style. Below the cartouche, the denomination '500' appears in large bold numerals, with 'ТӨГРӨГ' inscribed beneath in Cyrillic lettering. Traditional Mongolian script legends flank the central motif on the left and right. The lower exergue bears the inscription 'MONGOLIA 1oz .999 SILVER' in small Latin capitals, and the entire design is framed by a reeded outer border. |
