Reverse description The oval reverse depicts a gilt-highlighted Toad-headed Agama (Phrynocephalus mystaceus) in full relief, rendered in fine detail with its characteristic fringed mouth displayed, occupying the central and right foreground against a sandy desert ground. A second lizard is shown in the left middle ground in a rearing posture. Above, a dramatic dark concave mirror effect evokes a storm sky with sculptured clouds in relief. The Kazakh species name 'ҚҰЛАҚТЫ ЖҰМЫРБАС КЕСІРТКЕ' curves along the upper rim in Cyrillic, while the scientific name 'PHRYNOCEPHALUS MYSTACEUS' is inscribed in Latin along the lower rim.
